Mitch was very thorough in assuring his measurements were accurate prior to ordering materials. He was very knowledgeable on code requirements. As both jobs I used him for were on older buildings I was impressed with how he worked around obstacles to deliver a quality door.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and quality work. I work for a maintenance company so I deal with all sorts of technician. Mitch definitely a rare breed because he takes the time to explain the best way to fix something. I can't recommend him enough. He's already serviced two retail locations and one in an office building.

Mitch was very professional and was on time. He did a great job and was very meticulous in his work. He explained his work in detail and also gave tips to enhance security of the house. My 3 yr old son gave him a hard time by screaming into his ears but Mitch completed the job and never complained. I now have Mitch in my speed dial. Thank you for an excellent job.
