This customer wanted me to program a remote for her 2007 Malibu that she purchased for $25 online from EBAY. I said we don't normally program remotes purchased from EBAY. I explained if purchased from reputable storefront they come with a 6 month warranty. She said there was no warranty. She said if my price was fair she would try it. We made appt. for following weekend. Customer gave me 2 remotes, her original with key attached, and "NEW" one. I tried 4 times to program the "NEW" one, without success. She did pay, & thanked me for trying. I did try to contact her a few times about new remote. I then received this rating about 1 month later.

Mitch had no problem putting back together a very old brass lockset that I had taken apart to polish. He reinstalled as well, and corrected a couple of problems. I would highly recommend America's Key To Security!
