We have been living with an on/off again difficulty with the sliding door (and screen) to our deck. Mitch arrived and assessed the problem within a few minutes. We had had an Anderson rep here who had told us our only option was a replacement door for $8000, telling us why the door could not compare with Anderson's. Mitch arrived a week later, and pointed out to us that the door WAS an Anderson (it had come with purchase of the house), and his repair was 1/8th the cost. At first he thought he'd have to order the parts, but decided to get it done that day; left for 90 minutes, came back, and in a short period of time, the doors are like brand new. He gave us hints on how to clean certain parts, which we've done, and we are trying to teach ourselves to open either door with 1 hand it's been a year that we needed 2 hands to get the doors to open/close. Mitch was professional; at one point I said, "I gather you'd get your work done much quicker if I wasn't here watching you" and he nodded yes...........and then boom, he called up that he was done. He had quite a bit to do as the door was at least 22 years old. Highly recommend his company

Mitch is reliable & professional, and arrives on time or early, and always calls to indicate when he will be arriving. He looked up the rollers for my backyard glass door, ordered them, & came back to install them. Worked fine for 2 weeks but then weather stripping was worn so he came back to fix the problem free of charge under his warranty.
