Mitchell was amazing! He finished the work in two visits and its absolutely beautiful! I've never been so excited about a door being fixed! I like to use local businesses whenever possible. I was looking for a locksmith after several unsuccessful attempts to have a handyman do a bunch of small projects that I needed to have done. I used Nextdoor in search of a handyman based on recommendations from others. I am sad to say that at least five agreed to the job and then ghosted me. My next step was to start breaking down the projects by type. I had broken the lock and handle on my storm door and I have the replacements ready for install. Saturday evening I put out two requests for bids with what needed to be done. To my surprise, I received an immediate response from America's Key To Security, Inc. In indicated he needed more information and wanted to see what needed to be done before he quoted and he was available to chat at that time if I was available. He came out on Sunday morning as discussed and even texted me to say he was running a bit late. I have to say that I learned more from him in 20 minutes about that door than when the contractor installed it incorrectly and kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the door. It was "gaslighting" at its finest. Mitch took the time to show me why the lock was broken. In addition since the lock broke in the locked position, he said it was a major issue should there be a fire and not way out. He was only there to give me an estimate and pointed out that he did not feel comfortable in leaving without removing the lock. If you need an honest locksmith or door repair, I highly recommend America's Key to Security, Inc. The service was outstanding and nothing beats a great communicator.
