The response time was first excellent--about 20 minutes.The work was carried out as I requested. No pressure to do extra work, No pressure no upgrade the lock. The locksmith even took the trouble to open up the hole where the dead bolt fits into the frame of the door. The price was fair. I would definitely recommend this locksmith. A+

Mitchell came and gave an estimate late Saturday afternoon and came right on time Sunday morning. He did a good j0b and cleaned up afterward. He had to remove a lock on a jammed door and replace it. The door was very old and out of line so it wasn't an easy job. It works well now and the door is aligned.

mitch was very professional. He listened to what my security needs were and took the time to discuss it with me. He was adamant about leaving my house clean. He had an "old school" work ethic that the younger generation should exemplify. He respected my single woman status, when so many other repaiman thought they could run rings around me. Not only would I recommend him to anybody, but especially to women who have been ripped off and taken advantage of by others.
