They leave a mess.

This basement is spotless. I even drove back and moved all of her shelves back.5 Stars our goal...We mop floors 3 times...concrete dust settles on the moist floor..this was large job site and we do a general clean up...sorry it was not to your satisfaction thanks for the business if you want call us we will return and mop again..

This company is awesome. I have gotten several quotes and they are the only ones who quoted me correctly without adding all the up charges talking about "their specialty system". It's all the same people!!!

The company sent rep that was very curious. Answer all our questions. However the rep did not return our calls and we had to keep calling until we got a live person.

Very positive experience. USA Waterproofing arrived on time and charged a fair price, I never felt pressured to purchase anything I did not need and was given all available options. Some snags with the city permits cropped up and USA Waterproofing handled it without hesitation. Would recommend them.

USA Waterproofing services did a very good job with our basement .The workers were all professional and left the basement clean and also they explained the way the work was done. Steve, the president of the company even gave his cell no. to me just in case I have problem. I could recommend them to my friends anytime.

The work was completed in a day and a half. The workers were polite and professional in their communications to me. The finished product, including a very nice clean up which enabled use of the basement when the job was completed.
