Very professional. They installed a sump pump and, at no extra charge, replaced the check valve just because they felt it was in my best interest to replace it now raather than wait for it to fail in the not too distant future..

We were told that the job would take 2 days. It ended up taking 3 days. They put this white liner about 1/4 of the way up the wall. We were not informed ahead of time that they would be doing this. It is not even flush against the wall. There are gaps so when I paint my walls it is going to look terrible. Then on top of everything, we were told by the sales person Brandon, who I was informed quit that we would be getting 18 months same as cash. When we got our statement, we recieved a Visa bill from Wells Fargo for a loan at 9.9%. Nicole is supposed to be correcting this for us. Over all we are a little disappointed with the service.

One extra day is not uncommon to do the job right.--the salesmans wife was transfered to florida which is why he left and we do not offer 18 mos same as cash-they are confusing us with an estimate from a different company.

Peter Paul arrived on time the same day we called (just a few hours after we had sump pump problems during a heavy rain). He quoted us at that time and managed to get a tech out 4 hours later. JIm the tech was fabulous. He fixed our problem, was very informative about our situation, and actually picked up the wet towels we had left the night before. He even double checked our exsisting back up sump pump set up that USA Waterproofing didn't install. I highly recommend this company from my experience and when we decide to finish our basement we will definitely consider USA Waterproofing.

Very stressful-I was not pleased-it looks ok on the surface but when you look close there many imperfections-the workers were very sloppy with no regard for keeping my carpet clean or keeping bugs out-they constatantly left the door wide open and let the bugss in and did not wipe their feet or clean up the mess they made. It has taken me this long to finally get them to finish things they did not complete correctly-I spent a lot of money and I am not satisfied.

WOW we did everything possible to help this customer including going to the store on Saturday to help her pick out all the fictures for the bathroom on our own time ! BUGS? its 18 degrees outside We even set her up with free design consultation helping her pick out paint colors carpet colors etc..WOW I guess you really cant please everyone !!!!!
