did not do work quoted. skiped digging floor in bath. said if proplem occurred to call them back. quote was for entire parimeter of basement.

From the owner: The entire basement was waterproofed and is under a lifetime transferrable warranty, with the exception of two feet behind a toilet where a sanitary line was located, where no water was evident. The tenant was extremely pleased with the work that she even offered us breakfast. We rebuilt her front steps and shelving at no charge. Mr. Delmoro was extremely happy that we were able to save him thousands of dollars from a competitor that tried to high pressure his elderly tenant into signing a contract. With record rains since the installation, the basement has remained dry. THANK YOU for your business.
