This company made something that we didn't expect to have to do a much better experience than I would have thought possible! From the initial inspection and quote to the great crew that did our work everyone was extremely nice and professional. Also the quality vs value was very high , price was much more reasonable than others. Not doing the hard upsell during the quote process was much appreciated and the lifetime warranty is always nice.

USA Waterproofing & Foundation Services did an Outstanding job on our basement!! The manager Mark was extremely professional and personable and coordinated the job with our schedule in a timely fashion. Mark sent out a qualified individual (John) to ascertain our dilemma and make the appropriate recommendation to correct the problem. The men that came to actually do the job were Awesome, they worked efficiently and did exactly what was requested in not only a timely fashion but in a proficient manner and went out of their way to come prepared and answered any additional questions we had at the time of the project. I would without reservation Highly Recommend USA Waterproofing, you will not be disappointed!! Additionally, we did quotes with three other companies and USA Waterproofing and Foundation Services had the best pricing and again, their quality of work was Excellent!! I would definitely use this company for any additional work needed at our house in the future.

Very professional workers but they put a hole in basement bathroom wall never said anything about it so I called company about it still waiting on answer plus they didn't hook dryer vent back up waiting for them to come back and hook up.

Project: Inside waterproofing, sump pump, foundation support. They were able to complete the project three weeks early allowing us to keep the house on the market and obtain a contract on the house. The crew was knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. I only wish we would have done this years ago.
