They provided us a great explaination of what would be done (complete with pictures), provided references, gave us a competitive price, and were finished in less than one week after our initial consultation! They even gave us extra stones (that they didn't need) for our stone driveway and reworked our payment options when we changed our mind about which type of loan we wanted!

I have to admit I was quite leery of using a larger company... I thought I would get a better job done with a local handyman also with a lower price...I was so wrong.... From the beginning to the end my experience with USA Waterproofing & Foundation was incredible.. The professionalism of this company, quality of the workmanship, wanting to get the job done right, Timeliness of the project... I can't say enough about them... and YES, I will be calling them back....It was a pleasure to work with them....

We had USA Waterproofing finish our basement and they did an excellent job. From the sales person Tim to the crew Rick & Kevin, they were top notch. I would and have recommended them to friends and family looking for a basement remodel or waterproofing. I have been most impressed with Rick who was the foreman on our job, he did a great job for us and had great suggestions throughout the project.

They were $ 7,000 less than other estimate, began the next day and completed in a timely manner, with minimal cleanup on our part.Three rains later and no problem.

The service crew was very professional, I was informed that the work would take 2-3 days, but by the end of the first day I was told by the supervisor that the work was complete. Concerns: It has been 2 weeks and the floor has not completely dried, there is white deposit coming up between the new floor and the exsiting floor. Called company 4-9-09 and recieved call back explaination given was since there is a lot of humidity in the air it willl take a lttle longer to dry. Sometime the white calcium comes from the products used, give it another week( use fan dry) Downspout: no completed as requested

Very professional company. Very efficient also, finished my basement in 2 days. The men that came out to my house put plastic down under their work area to make not to dirty my floors and cleaned after themselves before they left. Very happy I chose USA waterproofing to do my basement.

The project was done on time and to our satisfaction. Everyone involved was very professional and answered all of our questions.I would definitly use them again!

Excellent workmanship and very courteous workmen

Exceptional customer service. From the inspection, to the financing process and all, the experience was a good one. It took less than a month to complete everything, from inspection to scheduling to completion. Every member of the crew introduced themselves at the beginning of the project. All aspects of the job were explained in detail. I was given a very specific timetable for job completion, which was completed earlier than expected. Only complaint was that the basement was left fairly dirty, but not a disaster. The mess could have been worse.
