They don't mess around. I am very happy with my new dry basement except for one small area in the well pump room where the floor gets wet during heavy rains. I have called about it but no one has called back yet.

They transformed my old grey damped basement into a new bright dry basement. The yard work, draining the water could have been a little bit better but overall it was ok. There was acouple areas that needed a touch up, and the contractors Zack and Denten corrected the final details.

They did a nice job of waterproofing my basement but the outside drainage work was expensive & not the quality I expected.

We appreciated that when USA Waterproofing came to give us an estimate the salesman took the time to determine whether we had an interior or exterior issue. He recommended interior waterproofing, which lined up with recommendations from other companies. They gave us the cheaper quote and could fit us in sooner, so we went with USA Waterproofing. The workers came and finished the job in 2 days. They were busy the entire time but did not spend much time informing my husband and I of what they were doing as they did it or letting us ask questions. We have not yet had a heavy rainfall since the system was installed, so we'll see if the basement stays dry. I have been displeased with the customer service after the job was completed. We received conflicting information from the salesman who gave the estimate, the workers who actually did the job, and the people at the office. The salesman who came to do the estimate indicated some additional work that would be included on the exterior, but this was not completed at the time of the interior job. I have called multiple times about this and have yet to have anyone call me back for it to be completed. There is also some follow up work I have been asking for and every time I call about it I am not treated well by the ladies answering the phone. It's as if once they finish your basement and get your money they want nothing to do with you! We were concerned about where the sump pump would be placed in the basement and the salesman indicated there would be someone to come out before the job started to work with us a determine the best spot for the pump. This did not happen. We had hoped to put the pump in the laundry room where it would be out of the way. When the workers arrived and started their work, they told us the pump couldn't go in the laundry room because it would be too close to the electric box and thus not to code. I feel like this is something the salesman should have known and told us. They ended up having to put the pump in a corner of the finished rec room because that was the easiest access to the downspout. Again, I think this is something the salesman should have known and told us rather than leading us to believe it could be out of the way. The workers seemed surprised that the salesman would have let us believe this since it was obvious that there was only one possible option for where the pump would go. But now we have to build a closet around the pump so that we can use the room as it was intended. Another reason we chose this company was because of the warranty offered. However, we have received conflicting information about the warranty and now based on my experience with the customer service I am doubtful as to whether or not they will honor it in the future. The salesman indicated the warranty would cover any wall we touch, whether it is an interior or exterior issue. I confirmed this on the phone when we scheduled the work. I also confirmed that we would be able to put nails in the cement in order to rebuild our walls with 2x4s and drywall. The salesman had said this would not be a problem. However, after the job was completed the workers told us the warranty would be voided if we put nails in the cement. The warranty certificate that was sent to us is worded in such a way that it seems it will not cover exterior issues as promised. When I called to ask for these warranty promises to be in writing I was brushed aside and told they don't add riders. But if your warranty is supposed to already cover this (as promised), it shouldn't be considered adding a rider, right? Unless it doesn't actually cover this as promised. I am still waiting for the follow up issues to be resolved and if they are resolved in a timely and polite manner, then I will update this review. However, at the moment I would not recommend this company due to their lack of good customer...
