Joe Maxwell from Tile & Grout Solutions was definitely the solution to my problem. My sweet landlady removed the stick-on laminate flooring from the bathroom floor, revealing a beautiful ceramic tile underneath. She used Goo Gone, a scraper, and some kind of other cleaner to remove the adhesive. Oh Lordy, what a mess. There was not only sticky residue from the adhesive, but also oily residue from the Goo Gone! I tried, but couldn't get it off. Enter Joe and Tile & Grout Solutions! He applied a commercial-grade, professional stripper product first, followed by a cleaner on the ceramic tile. He mopped it and blew it dry, and it is now clean, fresh, and really gorgeous. PLUS, his price was reasonable for the work he did. I recommend Joe and Tile & Grout Solutions. He may be the solution to YOUR problems, too.

Water was seeping through the outside shower tile and causing a dark spot on the floor. I had a plumber come out first, and they determined it was a failed sealant in the shower. I contacted Joe with Tile & Grout Solutions, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He discovered the original installer had used silicone (which normally last 7 years mold free, but my house is only 5 years) instead of a sanded grout in an area that required sanded grout (Silver Shadow color) which was contributing to moisture buildup and mold. Joe took the time after the initial quote appointment to source the correct sanded material that matched the existing grout color perfectly. The repair itself only took about 1.5 hours, and everything looks seamless now. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I really appreciated that he made sure to use the proper materials instead of a quick fix. I highly recommend Tile & Grout Solutions to anyone dealing with shower sealant or grout issues.

Mr. Joseph came out to do a free quote. He called me immediately after i searched him up on Angie. He was polite, was accommodating to my schedule, got the repair done within 4 days (based on my availability) of him coming out to inspect the project. Would hire again! Like nothing happened ☺️
