Joseph and Kiki we’re very knowledgeable and professional. The job consisted of floor patches from a recent foundation repair and we had matched ceramic tile and did prep work to the floor. They performed the Installation of tile and matched grout. Added floor seam where our addition slab met with original. We would recommend them to others to perform flooring upgrades or other related jobs needed. They also gave us some tips on how to take care of our backsplash that we installed ourselves. This went above and beyond my wife’s expectations. Enough said

I can't say enough good things about Joe and his work! We realized just before closing on our newly constructed house that the builder would not seal any of the grout on our floors and bathroom tile. So on very short notice, Joe agreed to do this work for us at a very fair price before we moved in. He and his crew rearranged their schedules to ensure that the work would be done before our move it. He took the time to explain the properties of the sealer he used and the application process. They even cleaned up some spots the builder missed. All of our tile work looked spectacular after they finished. We tested several areas, and the water beaded very well everywhere. Joe is a real pro!

The owner (Joe) was easy to work with. Kiki and Leo did a terrific job. They put travertine in our entryway and master bathroom, and new tile in the upstairs bathrooms, both the floor and surrounds. It all looks great! They also know a lot about what needs to be going on behind/underneath the tile. I would hire them again without hesitation. In fact, we will be hiring them again when we are ready to do our master shower. I'm sure you can find tile companies that will do it for less but you get what you pay for. Trust me. We hired a company and had to fire them before hiring Tile and Grout Solutions. That was an expensive learning experience. So learn from our mistake. If you want quality work done by people who have decades of experience, Tile and Grout Solutions should be your first and only choice.

Joe was great! We had a small project, he came right away and did an amazing job. Great communication throughout, left are neat and clean and even went the extra mile when he found unexpected issues.... would hire again without a second thought.

The day the tile wall in my master bathroom collapsed when I leaned on it turned out to be my lucky day it led me to Joe Maxwell and Tile & Grout Solutions, Inc. Joe and his installer Kiki (a tile genius!) built a beautiful walk-in shower where the tub used to be. That shower became what was until recently the best-built part of the house now it is joined by the gorgeous porcelain tile floors throughout our downstairs and on our stairs! Joe was a delight to work with from the very start. His estimates were thorough, and he explained every step in the installation process, including the timing and the materials needed. Joe, Kiki, and their assistant tiler Leo were meticulous in their work, and they adapted adroitly to the unexpected such as when they pulled up some old tile and found a hole through the slab with a water pipe running through it! The only reason there wasn't a fountain in my entryway that day is because of Joe's and Kiki's ears: before pulling up the old tile, Joe happened to drop something on the tile covering the hole. When the thing hit the tile, it went instead of Joe and Kiki looked at each other in alarm indicated a hollow spot under the tile where it should be solid. So, instead of using a jackhammer to pull up the tile, they gently used a hammer and scraper. Fortunately, that hole was the only surprise, and the rest of the job went smoothly. Every evening, my husband and I come home and remark on how beautiful our floors are we are thrilled! We hope Joe and Kiki can put up with us when it comes time to tile our upstairs! Joe is great to work with. This quote was a little higher than others I received but I believe the quality of work may be worth it in the long run. The builder who went out of business did a horrible job with the custom shower in the master bath and it was leaking water through the shower pan and shower seat. Joe's team came in and repaired the damage, made a great custom shower pan and put some really great tile back in that looks amazing.

Joe Maxwell, the owner, is great and a man of his word. I would definitely hire him again!
