Joe was fantastic ... professional, informative and courteous. His crew of Alfred and Mike were great support players throughout. The job they performed for us was 'first class' in all respects. My wife and I agree we would hire them again for any sort of tile, stone or grout work in our home. They were true professionals in all respects.

I like his honesty and dealing with the issue that i ended up with after being left in a bad situation from another company. He told me exactly what he was going to do, how much it was going to cost & how long it would take. He kept his word on all of it. The work Joseph and Kiki did was excellent. We recommend Tile & Grout Solutions to anyone needing a remodel or if you were left high and dry in the middle of your remodeling and need someone to come complete the job and do it well!! Tile & Grout Solutions recently replaced all of the tile on the first floor of our home. It had been improperly installed when the house was built 11 years ago and was migrating and “tenting”. We were happy with some work that Joseph Maxwell and his crew had done for us previously and I called Joseph to take a look at our tile problems. Because the severe tenting created a hazard, Joseph rearranged his schedule and came out that same day to remove a few tiles so that I wouldn’t trip or cut myself. He gave us an estimate and we had him put us on his schedule. It is a huge undertaking to remove and replace tile. They make it as painless as possible. They were careful with our woodwork and tented our cabinets and the doors to our carpeted bedrooms during the removal process, to avoid dust getting into everything. I have pets and stayed in the house during the whole process and they made sure that I could take my dog out and have access to necessities. Before they left each day, they cleaned up. Joseph has years of experience and does not take any shortcuts on his jobs. He is very easy to contact. Kiki, his crew foreman, is very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what would be happening each day. Our newly installed porcelain tile floor looks great! I highly recommend Tile & Grout Solutions.
