I would hired handymen in the past to fix my grout who had no idea what they were doing. Joseph Campbell of Tile and Grout Solutions took the time to explain the steps to me answering all of my questions. He arrived promptly, did the work efficiently, cleaned the area thoroughly, and now the tub in one bathroom and the European shower in my master bathroom look like new! Additionally, Joseph was very conscientious about some health concerns of mine. I was recently discharged from the hospital with some breathing issues. Joseph knew that some of the work he would do would produce dust and fumes, a potential hazard for me. He made sure that I was safely located on my back patio in the fresh air during this part of the repair process, and he used fans and opened windows to remove any lingering fumes afterwards. Not only is Joseph a skilled professional, but he is also a caring human being. Win-win! I will use Tile and Grout Solutions, Inc. for all my tile work in the future. Joe was very responsive , professional and got the job done ahead of schedule. We had the grout and caulking in an upstairs bath and downstairs shower completely removed and replaced. He even pointed out where weep holes in the shower had been covered by a previous layer which he addressed . I would highly recommend him and would use again if the need arises.
