Joe helped diagnose a leaking shower that turned out to be a plumbing issue and not a problem with the shower pan or tile. His team spent about an hour running various tests, and locating the issue — and they didn't charge me a thing for their time! Instead, they offered a referral for a plumber. Anyone else would have at least charged me a fee just for the visit. Friendly, efficient, and a great value. I'm very happy.
