Joe was a master at saving, replacing and repairing mud-set tile from the 1950's. By the time he left, it was sparkling clean and in top condition. It hasn't looked that good since 1955.

he came 2 days & "worked" 4 hrs ea. & charged me $200.

she wanted tile and grout solutions to cover up a situation with her slab where it meets wood we suggested she get advice from a strucural engineer and she did and he agreed with tile and grout solutions that tile was not an option and tile and grout solutions would not hide the situation so she could sell her house to some person who would not know about her foundation problems we are not in this line of work to be dishonest about what we uncover when we do repairs.

He was prompt, honest, on time and hard working. The tile floor which was extremely dirty, was cleaned and sealed in about six hours. We felt good about the interaction and the quality of the result.

homeowner was a realator and was trying to hide a crack in her slab so she could sell it i refused to hide a major problem and she got very upset and asked me to pick up my tools and leave.

Joe Maxwell was extermely knowledgable, courteous, and fat. The work was excellent. Our shower looks as good as the day we bought the house - over 10 years ago. I couldn't be happier with the work. If you can only see the before and after pictures!!! I called Joesph because I needed a "rush" job. He quickly came out and after a thorough evaluation, Joseph told me exactly what that job would require, how much it was going to cost, and when he could get it done. And this was not a run-of-the-mill job, either. This shower was atrocious -- covered in about 1/8" of grime, lime, hardwater stains, and more. It required an acid wash to get the job done. No problem for Joe. He was extremely professional and personable. He even impressed my father-in-law (who can be more than a handful at times). I am completely satisified with his work!
