During the replacement of the garden tub faucets, the plumber cracked the cultured marble side. Joe responded to the home advisor call with in one hour and was able to give me a quote the same day. Utilizing extra floor tiles, Joe and his assistant repaired the side of the tub and took great care to ensure corners and the top of the tub line up perfectly, as well as , the corner at the base board. Professional. On time. Job site left immaculate. Dog friendly.

I needed someone to re-caulk around my bathtub. My house and tub are 80 years old, The tile and caulk around the tub are over 30 years old. Joe Maxwell responded to the Home Advisor call immediately and he was at my house giving me a bid within 15 minutes. Joe suggested that he should wash the tile with a special solution, seal it and then re-caulk around the tub (after he chipped out the old caulk).His bid was $300 which was reasonable according to my brother and friends. Joe came right on time for the scheduled appointment and he was ready to work. The first thing he did was to open the bathroom window that had been stuck shut for years! He even used WD 40 to make the window slide easily and he made sure that I could open and close it with ease, (above and beyond the call of duty!) Joe worked hard for 3 hours. He was efficient and focused. Joe was skilled, professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job! My bathroom looks like a new bathroom! I was very pleased with a job well done. They do an amazing job and take great care of the mess and the problems that go on. Very clean. Quality is A+.

The results were well worth the money. Joe was there on time and he did an excellent job.

They did a bad and incomplete job on a very small bathroom repair for $420 (replaced 2 small tiles, cleaned grout, though he had said he'd replace the bad grout, not just clean it, and did a little caulking) and refused to return my deposit for a job they couldn't do. Joe Maxwell, the owner, said he was "sure" he'd seen tile that was close enough to the family room color to replace the broken ones, so I gave him a $650 deposit. When it turned out that there were no tiles that were even close to the correct color and we were looking at a full room replacement, I told him I needed to get bids, but would get back to him within 2 days. The next day I told him the second bid had come in a full $2000 less, so we couldn't use him. He refused to refund my $230 deposit for the replacement of the 3 tiles in the family room (remember, he had told me he was sure he had seen a similar color recently, while every other tile professional I've spoken with says it hasn't been available in 10 years), and he has refused to give me an itemized receipt for the $420 replacement of 2 small bathroom tiles and, apparently, just cleaning (instead of replacing/repairing) the grout. Don't use this guy.

One of the very few contractors that showed up when he said he would, gave estimate and then when chosen, did a great job. Knows the tile repair/install business. If you need tile work, this company is the one to go with. Don't bother with other companies. Go with Tile and Grout Solutions and you'll have the job done on time....

Joseph and his crew are very courteous and accommodating. We discussed all aspects of the work prior to commencement and they very diligently followed through with the project as discussed. I highly recommend Tile and Grout Solutions to anyone who needs tile repair/installation or grout restoration. I am already talking to Joseph about additional work in my home!
