We had some buckled, broken ceramic tiles in our kitchen and only a few replacement tiles. Joseph suggested some options and, with his guidance, we chose the solution that worked best for us. We also had sanded caulk applied around our tubs and showers. The work, materials, and costs were described in accurate detail in the estimate. Joseph returned all phone calls promptly. The job was completed as scheduled. They kept the work area very clean and were a pleasure to have in our home. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Tile and Grout Solutions.

Great Work, they kept the job site very clean and organized. Communication between us was very good, would pro-activly call to make sure we are satisfied.

I had obtained quotes for the tile and grout cleaning and sealing from other companies but chose this company because Joe was very prompt, clear, and respectful in communicating with me. He even gave me a demonstration on my floors using the products that would be used so I could see how their products would work on my floors. They came when they said they would, protected my property, had all the tools and supplies they needed to do the job on hand, and were very efficient in getting the job done. When finished, they cleaned up after themselves. You can probably find someone to do the job cheaper; however, I was assured that the reason for that is the quality of the products they use. This company does indeed provide 'solutions' to your tile and grout cleaning and sealing problems. I am very happy with my floors and am very happy to have found such a wonderful service provider.

This profession was extremely rude to me. He even hung up on me when I was just inquiring about services. I will be leaving this service.

When I called this company they came out the same day to look at loose Marble in my Shower and gave me a price to take down and re-set and grout 35 tile pieces including a few that needed to be replaced. The work was done two days later and completed as promised in one day. If you need stone or marble tile work done these are the people to call.
