Contacted Jake needing to get a estimate got a email within 3 days of Jake looking at my roof. His bid was the lowest of all the bids I got, they were a couple days late in starting from the original time I was quoted but there was a holiday in between and Jake did say there were some issues with the house before mine. Once the materials were here along with the dumpster his team showed up in the morning and went straight to work, had all the plywood removed from the roof and replaced by noon and had the new material on half the roof before they left for the day. The next day showed up at the time they said they would be here and once again went straight to work by noon they were done and cleaned up. Took a look at my roof and was more than satisfied they even took off my chimney stack for my wood stove and painted it to match the new vents they installed .

Great, they were fast and responsive. It was a really small job but they came, on time and did what they said they would do. I really appreciated that sort of customer service.

The terrible weather we have had held them up a week, but that was not their fault. Once they started they were great.

Weather made scheduling and completion of work a challenge, however Stout completed the work as weather windows allowed. Workers were on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Very satisfied with the finished project. Appreciated the effort of the carpenter who went out of his way to take ownership of a number of items that ultimately resulted in a project with a professional appearance. Gutter subcontractor final product is nice but did leave old brackets on the house that needed to be removed. Some minor issues with cleanup and finishing of eaves. Overall a very good job - at a competitive price.

Work was executed quickly and on time. Weather can be a problem this time of year and care was taken to minimize exposure for any potential damage through careful execution scheduling and some work in the rain. The guys were really flexible to work with and responded to my questions and comments without hesitation. Great care was also taken around our manicured gardens to protect plants and soil from damage and excessive tile grit/gravel. We also have a very small street with limited parking and they brought in a small trailer for trash which was an excellent solution to the tight quarters that we had on this project. I also had a meeting for work one day when a lot of hammering was going on and they worked their activities to allow me to work from home pausing the noisy activities for that period. Small respectful team, low impact and really easy to work with. I really liked their "get it done" attitude. not too much chit chat, just on with the work. .... I was also referred to Amigos Gutters who replaced garage gutters, (small job) very speedy scheduling and execution. nice clean work and drains well. thanks all Stu
