He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."

"EM Property was fantastic and just what I needed. The exhaust fan in my bathroom started leaking during a rainstorm and I wasn't even sure who to contact about it. They came out the very next day and inspected it for free and told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They provided me with a fair estimate for the project and even offered to clean my gutters while they were up on the roof (which I greatly appreciated as it was long over due!). They were fast and efficient and got everything completed before the next rain storm. Both Dale and Justin were professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. Justin even gave me the low down on the current condition of my roof and offered some additional advice on upkeep which I appreciate since I have no plans to climb up there myself any time soon. "Gutter Helmet has been up for 4 yrs now. I had to have them come out and remove it so I could put a new roof on my house once the roof was finished I had them come back out and put the Helmet back on. I love this product...it does what it says it supposed to do and I love the triple warranty I have on it. Its a lifetime warranty. I like that they will come out to your house once a year and inspect their product and clean your roof and gutters as needed and if they find any issues with there product they will replace it for free. The cost of this product is way less than other products out there and if you have a Costco card you can get this product put on your house for a better price. I am very happy and satisfied with this product and the company."

Quick and reliable contact, the best initial quote and good service. Turned out that the gutter didn't need any mending but new attachments and payment was lower than initially quoted!!!
