We still love our new roof that was done over a years ago. A professional and great working crew were at our place for five days. Thank you for a great job done! The workers were highly skilled and came up with ideas on how to treat previous trouble areas. The only think that could have been done better was the cleanup as we found some staples and nails around afterwards with the removal of the previous roof. We have only gravel so it was harder to see these.

Started OK, then ran short on all kinds of suppies, were not prepared to do what we had in the estimate, crew did not know how to install what the owner sold me. Finally getting ahold of the owner weeks later he had someone come out and fix some of the shodding workmanship, but not all. promised he would be back the folling week. It has been 2.5 months since the job was completed and after several calls gone unreturned I guess we will have to pay someone else to finish the job correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had several bids and choose Stout roofing based on reviews and price. The work went well and efficient. They did what they said they would do, nothing more. I had requested they do some carpentry work under the eaves where squirrels sometimes enter. They did not respond to that request. I did not see the workers but the neighbors commented they were impressed and thought the workers were professional. They cleaned up everything.

Jake and his crew were responsive and professional from beginning to end. Jake was able to come out and provide an estimate promptly, answered all of my questions, and once we gave the go-ahead, scheduled our work with little delay. His crew was punctual and efficient, and cleaned up nicely after each day of work. Many plywood panels under our old roofs required replacement, yet this resulted in only a very modest increase to the overall cost. The workmanship is great, they even cleaned out our overly-full gutters, and Jake even let us top off the dumpster with some debris from a prior fence project. I can recommend Stout Roofing with no hesitation.

Excellent, They brought 12 guys on the job and did the tear of of 7000 sq feet of old roof in one day. Did everything I asked and did a high quality job. I would highly recommend their services. As a tradesman myself I can honestly say they know what they are doing.

What a breath fresh air. I had a different company come out before I called Stout Roofing. They said I need a new roof. I asked Stout for a second opinion. When Jake inspected the roof he determined that I do not need a new roof and fixed the leak. I was so impressed. He was friendly, professional and appeared to be someone that would be easy to work with. If your house is on the market, Stout Roof can replace to roof and collect payment at closing.

Jake came out and gave me very helpful and detailed info about roofing. He gave me a bid after about a week ( a bit later than I expected but he did respond to my email prompt.) Communication was a bit slow ( I made a couple of follow up calls) but he put me on the schedule and the guys came as expected. They spent about a week and did an excellent job. They cleaned up carefully and with no damage to my plantings. I have a solar tube that some of the debris got into and they carefully cleaned that as well. Their bid was the middle one I received but I was impressed with the time and explanation Jake gave me when he first came out. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Went great! Jake roofed a duplex of mine in Renton... great job! I used him for this job after he re-roofed a house of mine in Snohomish. Would absolutely recommend him and use him again.
