"I have been a homeowner in the PNW for nearly 20 years now, & I know how difficult it is to find decent contractors in this area. While preparing my home for sale recently, I had an extensive list of tasks I needed completed that really ran the gamut: from painting, drywall & electrical to trash removal. "Omar is the proprietor of this business. He is a great contractor and we would rehire him for anything we needed done. He has a history as a finish carpenter, so is by nature very detail oriented. He's worked in the area (Medina) so is used to all the things that come with working here. Noise, cleanup, working hours, parking, material delivery, he knows how to do it all and keep owners and neighbors happy. He accommodated change orders without complaint which let us do minor upgrades along the way. We would 100% recommend him and would be happy to speak to anyone about a referral."
