"Victor and his brother-in-law did an excellent job of painting our master bedroom and master bathroom. The one accent wall was difficult to do as it was textured, but Victor got it done so perfectly. Any ideas or suggestions I had Victor followed through with. He was extremely efficient and got the rooms painted in less than two hours. A little touch up was needed on the ceiling where it met the wall in a couple of spots but Victor took care of them easily on a return trip to the house. He will be painting our family room, breakfast nook and kitchen in a couple of months."

"I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness, and communication by Expert Painters. Overall, they are extremely professional. On top of that, their quote was very competitive. Of the four quotes I got, they were far lower than two and competitive with the fourth. I would highly recommend Expert Painters. For context, my house needed exterior painting after 11 years of original builder's paint. Expert Painters did a great job with siding, trim, gutters, doors, and window shutters. They even asked if I wanted them to paint over conduit and other utility boxes that I had installed since I bought the house, and once I approved, they did a nice job there as well. For additional context, in my community, I know at least 5 other homes that used Expert Painters this past summer, and all of those homeowners are very satisfied. Our houses look brand new compared to the other homes that have not been repainted yet. The paint job is also doing great in handling rain (water bead and runs off nicely) and it has stayed pretty clean even through the last couple of windstorms that have gone through Kirkland. "Projects: Popcorn ceiling removal, ceiling refinishing, drywall repair, replacing baseboard and door trim, full interior painting, trim painting, door painting, replacing bathtub caulking, and more. Review: I highly recommend Eduardo and the 4 Seasons Right Services team! I will hire them again for all my future projects! Pros: - The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work. - Full-service remodeling and handyman -- they can do pretty much anything. They are especially good at drywall repairs, mudding, ceilings, and painting! - Extremely detail-oriented. They proactively pointed out and fixed a lot of tiny details that I didn't even notice. (Things I missed even though I'm a designer!) - Trustworthy. I gave them my keys and full access to my home for a month. I never received any complaints about them from my neighbors, too. - Considerate of your home and careful to protect your floors, walls, etc. - They put down extra coverings to keep your home clean, and they clean up after the job is done. They don't leave a mess that you have to clean up yourself. - Can sometimes do work on weekends. - Reasonable prices, accurate estimates, and honor their original prices. No unexpected charges at the end. - Good communication, pleasant attitude, good sense of humor, and friendly with other residents. Built a good relationship with my building management. - Support family-owned small local businesses! Cons: - The estimated price for services might be in the middle-to-high end of the quotes you receive. However, they're extremely reasonable prices for everything you get. They will go above-and-beyond to deliver quality results. They did a lot of extra small fixes and touch-ups beyond the original proposed scope of work, and they didn't nickle-and-dime me for every little change. They actually SAVED me money on some of my other projects!"

He said he could. So I hired him another well done job. He would be my first Choice for any new work I might need."

"I have a craftsman house, with woodwork galore, and we were doing a full paint job. Every room, door, ceiling, fireplace mantel, even the floors to our sunroom were getting painted. And the job was beyond excellent. They really went above and beyond, there were areas on some of the old windows and doors that extra care was needed with sanding and work to make sure we got a very nice finish. Also no window was painted shut (seems trivial but I don't know how often I've seen that in old homes). The communication about what color and what type of sheen and paint type was great. Especially since again this was the entire house, and not to move out, to move in, so we had picked multiple paint colors and combinations. I really can't stress enough how good a job it was, I felt taken care of, and that they really respected and were careful with my house. Also from a technical standpoint the estimate i received on cost and timeline was exactly accurate. It was affordable and timely for the scope of work! I highly reccomend them to anyone."

"Saul’s team was great. We hired them to paint the outside of our house. They were professionally and take a lot of pride in their work. Our house was not easy to paint - it’s very old and required a lot of detailed trim work. The team was great at communicating some of those challenges (old wood, poorly primed in past jobs) and explained how they would do their best to fix them. Some old house problems are just really hard to make perfect. And they really did do a great job. Their estimate was reasonable and comparable to others. Mid-project when they realized it was going to be a bigger project then expected, we discussed rates. And we are still very happy with the final cost and high quality of the work. They kept the workspace clean and did a very good clean up at the end of the project. We hope to hire them again for interior painting."
