This pocket door repair turned out to be much more complicated than originally thought. The team worked to solve the problem and put in extra time to make sure it got completed before the end of the day. They were knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

I?m glad they were able to fix my door to some extent but I do feel like I was overcharged. After looking at the price of rollers and the 30 minutes it took to fix the door, the price I paid was pretty steep. Wish I would have tried to negotiate the price down but I would also expect them to be honest and not charge me what they did for the very little work they did.

I had an emergency arise and needed help as my sliding door lock broke on New Years Eve. Dan reached out to me immediately upon getting my contact information and said he would call me on New Years Day. The job was not an easy one as the lock was very outdated and without any like kind of replacement parts for it. Dan had to work with my existing sliding door handle and adapt a new locking mechanism to fit into the door and handle. He had a lot of drilling and adapting to get it all to work. It was not a simple easy fix. I am one very thankful lady for Dan showing up so that I can secure my home once again. His help on this 1st day of 2025 was more than I could have hoped for. He cared about my needs and made sure to meet them! Thank you so much Dan for your professionalism and your immediate help which was greatly appreciated.
