THE WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY AND PLEASED ME VERY MUCH. I NOW HAVE NEW SCREEN DOOR FOR MY PATIO AND MY FRONT ENTRANCE. WHEN THE SCREEN DOOR TO MY PATIO DID NOT FIT EXACTLY TO A 40-YEAR-OLD FRAME, DAN MADE IT WORK AND IT FITS GREAT NOW.

I had an excellent experience with Dan Ganas and Screens 4 Windows. He came at the appointed time and explained all the different materials we could use to repair the screen that my cat had destroyed. Since my widow was small he was able to repair right on his truck. The repaired screen looks Great. I am very satisfied with the repaired screen. I am also pleased with the courtesy and experience Dan showed me.

I used Home Advisor thinking this would limit my hassle in finding someone dependable to do my work. First, it took Dan 2 weeks to come get my screens (he only comes to EG on Friday). We agreed that on Friday, September 1 he would return my completed screens. At 5:30 on Friday I finally called Dan. Not only was my job not done, but he totally forgot. We agreed that he would complete it and bring my screens on Tuesday, September 5. Then I received multiple texts asking to change the day/time to Monday, September 4. After agreeing to yet again another change, I finally said, "no" that he would need to come on Tuesday as we agree. Instead, I now find that he has, with no permission, dropped them off at my house. In short, i expect better for a Home Advisor recommended Pro.
