Dan did not give me a written estimate or a written receipt. (told me my credit card statement would suffice as my receipt) My fault for not insisting on one either way. Worst of all, he did not bother to clean the window sills or door jam. Not that I was expecting a full wash & polish, but I would at least expect him to take a broom/rag and at least do a wipe out/dust off before installing screen and door screen. I felt the material was very cheap. I gave a 2 1/2 star for the customer service because he hauled away some old wood we had in the yard. (needed to use our wheelbarrow and then left a mess there as well because he didn't have anything in which to clean up??) Had considered using them to do my entire house originally, but after the disappointing job on this section, which I had wanted done within a week and it did not happen, I will be looking for another company.

We always send a Invoice to our customers, sometimes through email gets stuck in the spam box. We are always interested in customer feedback. Our goal is resolve any issues that our customers have. We sometimes do work that is not part of our scope of work as a favor to help, although we ask to use customers outdoor items to help accomplish their home project, with no additional charge. We use the best products on the market today, our craftsmanship of sliding doors are considered the strongest an durable products that are highly used throughout the US. We are sad this customer experience with us had difficulties, but we will resolve the
