Work seemed fine when completed in Aug 2018. Recently the tenant complained about a terrible draft from the door and come to find out the glass and gasket r no longer plumb in the frame, therefore causing a gap and between the doors. Hired another company to review bc this website is gone and I assumed Dan was no longer in business. They advised incorrect rollers were used and at least one screw was never replaced on the static side of the sliding patio door. Too bad, $350 down the drain. Maybe fine for screen work, but stick to an established company for glass and door repairs. Lesson learned.

We are sorry for the door challenge that she had. We didn't know of any problems until I read this review. We did the work in August of 2018. We have a 6 months warranty on our roller replacement service. We do not repair or replace glass. Our records indicate that this door was over 25 years old. I wish we would have been notified of the problem, we would of take care of this issue right away. Yes we are still in business our website is under construction and our phone number is readily available everywhere. Our 150 5 Star Reviews shows that we take care of our customers.

We installed a new sliding door track and replaced the rollers. The track was broken and the rollers were worn out. The door slides with only using 2 fingers to open an close, just like new!
