I had to replace seven screens and repair and screen sliding door tracks. Dan provided excellent customer service and the cost was less than his competitors. He was prompt and installed new screens in a short amount of time. I have a patio that I want to enclose with custom made screens and provide privacy on a temporary basis. It has to be easy to install and remove. He came up with a solution and designed it to meet my requirements. He is great to work with, his workmanship, and ability to resolve my patio requirements makes him an excellent choice for screen repair, installation, and custom made projects.

Dan did an EXCELLENT screen door job from start to finish. We linked up by phone, right away, after I requested a quote. He came onsite the same day (a Saturday....), did his measurements, then even made quick, minor spot repairs on my fence gate and sliding door - as a extra. To install the door later on, he came after-hours at 7pm - a big plus so that I wouldn't have leave work early, etc. Good man for the job, highly-recommended

Had a sticking sliding glass patio door. I was prepared for the worst -replacement - as my house is 27 years old. Dan was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without replacing the rollers and without delay. My wife and I were ecstatic to be able to open our patio door again. I would definitely use Screens for Windows again, but hopefully we won't ever have this problem again!!!!

They jury-rigged my sliding glass door with parts not made for the door. When they finished, the door would only open about 24 inches and the frame was bending when trying to close the door. After two days the door would not open at all. When I called the owner to come and fix it he told me he was done with the job and wouldn't come back. Need I say more?

We are shocked when we read this review, the issue was the 30 year old door metal track that was worn badly. It actually was missing the track about 12 inches from the closed part of the door. We explained that our new wheels that we had to modify would only work temporarily. We recommended that he needed a new sliding door. We are not in that business to replace slider glass frames. We try our best to help and he and I discussed many times on the phone, what he needed to do in opening and closing door. Unfortunately his hands are handicapped and it made it difficult for him to open and close the door. I can understand why he didn't disclose this important fact. We strive to make every customer happy! We have many 5 STAR RATINGS
