There are still a couple of screens that need to be installed because that were not made to size. Contractor has been easy to work with and charged a fair price. The remaining screens are being corrected and will be installed next week.

Specifically asked what materials to get, he confirmed and then said it didn't fit. Went to get one he said he needed and then could not install as he had no more time. Was charged $125 for basic caulking of 2 doors and no repair. Come to find out a guy at home depot said you had right size but probably had wheels not placed right. My husband and I ended up doing the project and it did fit. Very disappointed. Feel like $125 was way too much for what he ended up doing and professionally should have waived that fee.

Unfortunately we had a communication problem. She asked what closet door track to purchase. We always bring our own products, so we help on what the customer needs. This is why we avoid using other companies products. Our service call rate was agreed upon, and we are sad that she is not happy with our service. We did say that we could finish the job and we would bring the correct track, we will always responsible for our business an labor and guarantee all our jobs.
