Screens for Windows responded to my inquiry almost immediately. Respectful over the phone while making the appointment. The representative was very kind, (we are 81 & 89) explained what he was doing and why. Made suggestions for improvement without cost, such as using using Pledge Furniture Polish to make screen door slide more easily. He worked around our needs as elders. New screen sliding doors are pretty pricey, but well make, no plastic, screen is very tight and strong. We are happy.

Tracks are moving better. Poor communication.
Response from Company:
Our commitment to ordering the correct parts may take a week because some doors that have an aluminum frame and that the track is damaged. We have to install a stainless steel cover that comes from Canada. With the Covid-19 world that we all live in now, takes a week to receive. We should all be patient and understanding that things are not normal, but our goal is to the best we can. We completed the job within 10 days and the door slides to the standard of the manufacture. We understand that challenges occur, but we try our best to accommodate, and with our 330 5 stars, sometimes we are always trying to improve.

Dan and Zack (I hope I spell his name right) did a good job in replacing the rollers for my sliding door within a reasonable time. They are pleasant to work with and Zack explained clearly what they had to do before starting. So far it works great. I hope it can last for 10 years as Dan said. Will hire them again for other doors when needed. The price Is a little bit higher than other contractor quoted but it is worth for the well done job.
