Dan Ganas said he could repair my sliding glass door, fix the lock and replace the rollers for $399, he said that on the phone Feb. 2, 2022. He emailed me a Job Schedule with date, location and services description. The services were Sliding Door Repair - Sliding Door Repair 36 X 96 Remove door, replace rollers and adjust rollers and lock 36 X 96 When he came on Feb. 3, 2022 to do the repair he said he did not have the parts, in fact he did not have any parts So he lubed the rollers and still charged me $399. He worked on the lock and actually made it worse by removing a part on the thumb lock. To get it repaired now the thumb lock and the keep will probably have to be replaced. At this time if you lock the door with the thumb lock you can not lock the floor lock, if you lock the floor lock you can not lock the thumb lock. To use the thumb lock you have to use brute force to make it lock, it is really not a good adjustment I emailed a complaint to him on Feb. 8, 2022 and his attitude is I was happy with the job when he left and there is nothing he can do to rectify the problem. I was not happy with the job when he left I just wanted him out of my house, I could not take one more I could go down to Home Depot and get the rollers for the screen door and install them myself he must have told me that about 3 times. He also asked me in an email what he could do to move forward and I said replace the rollers, in his emails he basically refused.

The latch on my sliding glass door was in a locked position and there was no way I could open the door. Received a call from Screens for Windows, explained the problem, and after discussing the issue, I hired the company as they were able to come out the very next day to fix it. Zach did a tremendous job and had the door latch repaired in no time at all. Excellent company!

I was contacted by the owner Dan and told him I needed a new screen on our slider to the patio. He told me that they use a heavy gauge screen material that even a climbing cat could not rip. We made a date and a employee from his Rocklin shop came down to Sacramento and removed and took our slider to their shop for redo. The next week they called first and we made a date for them to come back and install the slider and adjust it. The job was excellent and I can tell the screen material is of high quality. I was able to get my invoice emailed to me and I paid them back by email. We are very happy with the workmanship and service. Total cost was $225.00
