    We a had an issuer with One Hour where they installed our Geo Thomo unit and it took them like 3 weeks to figure out that a over heating relay was bad. In the mean time my electric bill was over $600 due to the fact that they ran the unit of backup electric. At this point I have not had any good experiences with any of the franchises. The tec's are very friendly and accommodating focus on selling other services but when it comes to problems they are not very well trained. I have tried the better business bureau, and started consultation with a lawyer, We will be going to the PA Consumer protection, Your assistance to the matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Travis checked the inside of my air conditioner for me and explained all the details of what needed to be done. He was very thorough. After what he explained to me what I had to spend on fixing certain wires, etc. in it, it would be about the same price as a new air conditioner. I chose a new air conditioner.Travis was the best! He listened and explained everything that needed to be done. He also listened to my needs. Thank you Travis, great job!

    I can’t say enough about how great this team was. Excellent service, would highly recommend. When we had to replace our furnace because it wasn’t working, they got out to the house quick, and gave us options to choose from that worked with our budget and our lifestyle.

    Tech was on time,. sending text ahead of time saying he was on his way. He explained everything to my husband and I about what the l2 year old gas furnace needed and we had him replace the circuit board while he was here.
