I have had problems with my furnace locking up ever since UGI-Miller worked on the gas line near our house. Rohrerâ s has been incredibly great, thorough and patient at coming out, trouble-shooting, and getting the furnace working, despite the problem probably not being caused by their system. UGI-Miller on the other hand, never responded to repeated calls.

My new HVAC system failed at beginning of summer . They worked with me to fix and resolve the problem . The last visit with their technician Hunter went well. He took the time to explain and show us the different filters that we need to monitor. Thank you Hunter , Tyler and AC techs. I canâ t live without AC. Otherwise I drip with sweat . No Florida retirement for me .

They were the first to respond to my search and showed up promptly the next day which I appreciated. The tech who serviced my A/C unit was very professional, friendly and clean. He diagnosed my issues quickly, went over different repair options and multiple pricing options. He repaired my equipment to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the overall service. The negative to using this company is the cost. After doing some research after the fact, I discovered that their pricing is much higher than other comparable service companies. I felt a little taken advantage of because of my desire to get the repair done quickly. Again, the service was fine and the tech was very nice and professional, but using this company definitely comes at a premium cost that you could probably find for much less with just a few phone calls.
