When I called they were very eager to get the job so they matched another vendor's price. The technician was on time, very professional and knew what needed to be fixed. The part was on his truck and it was fixed in no time. Wonderful experience.

Man who came out was very courteous, professional, didn't mess around with my time. I am quite pleased. Sent me a thank you card in mail, which was great, but wish it had included direct phone # for next time I want to use them. Loved the coupons as well, which saved me $99 on service call.

Rohrer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning came highly recommended to my wife and I not only by HomeAdviser but also by a family member and by several friends. The service was top notch! The technician was on time, courteous and very informative. He was obviously very skilled at his job and kept me informed on what he was going to do, what he found with our system and all of our repair options. He discovered we had mold in our central air conditioning system and he helped us address that issue, among others. I have MS and with this being only our second summer in this, our first home purchase, I was appalled at what he found and so grateful for the improvements that he made and the tips that he gave me for maintaining the air quality in our home. Critical for me since MS and the medications I must take for it have compromised my immune system, among other things. I would definitely refer anyone to Rorher's.
