    I ALWAYS request Jason Fox.!!! He's been with this company for 22 years. He's very Professional!! Always does a great job, and Never try's to come in and and try's to pressure me to buying new products, that at this Time I DO NOT need!!! This company definitely has an asset to have someone as knowledgeable, reliable, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I know that my heating, and air conditioning is in good hands with One Hour Cleaning!!

    They scheduled to have a tech come out right away. I had mentioned it was not an emergency but would like a fix with a few days. They sent someone out the same day (during a snow storm)! The tech was very polite and professional. He respected our home and was careful to not track snow in and out. Which was the least of our worries considering this fella was out working in the snow fall. He was upfront about the issues and costs. Will hire again no questions asked. They take every situation, emergency or not, seriously and are incredibly prompt.
