This was a service call on the heat pump system. The furnace and hear pump were checked, thermostat checked and adjusted with explanation and a recommendation of adding an ion system and again a no pressure but well explained reasoning.

Jason F was so helpful and explained everything to me and took care of what needed to be done , and provided excellent customer service. Thank you I will definitely use them again.

It was late afternoon on Friday, and a holiday weekend, when I noticed that my house was getting warmer. Two AC companies came up on Home Advisor. The first company sent an email with a calendar for a Monday appt. Right after I pushed the send button my phone was ringing. The second company, One Hour Heating and AC , was calling to setup an appointment for that day. Hunter showed up at 9pm(drove about an hour from York). He didn't have good news for us but he was very nice and explained the problem and our options thoroughly. Today, Saturday, Jerry came to explain our options for a new A/C. Hopefully we are getting a reasonable price and a good product. I guess time will tell but the people that I have talked to on the phone and the men who have come to my house have been very nice and professional to deal with. Our new A/C will be installed on Tuesday. Because we have to provide a star rating I'm only putting 3 out of 5 stars for value for money. I do not know how to rate this because the A/C hasn't even been installed yet. If we are happy with everything I will edit or update this rating at a later time.

Great service started from calling to schedule the appointment! Received a text reminder before David arrived with his picture, which I thought was a really nice touch. Once he was here, Dave was thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining the maintenance mechanism on our HVAC system (we recently purchased our home and so I was interested in learning more about the UV and filtering system that was installed by the previous owner. Overall, A+. They will be my go to HVAC company for sure.

I had Jason F. Visit my home to repair my Central A/C. My overall experience was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very professional and polite. He didn't mind one but answering all of my questions, and allowing to watch and learn as he work. I would recommend him any day, and will ask for him when calling for future servicing. My scheduling of the appointment was very professional and left me feeling at ease in a stressful time. The text messaging system that provide the customer with a quick picture, and quick bio of the technician is awesome. It allows customers who may feel vulnerable in allowing a stranger into there home a bit of piece of mind and comfort. Fantastic company and thank you for the hard work.

They did an excellent job fixing my air conditioner.Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and kept me informed about what they were doing. I will definitely use this company again.

The sales person Jerry explained the component product very well and the task of installation very well. NO HIGH PRESSURE. The product sells itself > Amana MADE IN THE US. Top quality units. just what I wanted opposed to the other main brand names now made overseas that have reliability problems. They replaced my entire system down to the thermostat / breaker / wiring. Everything like new. Techs Blaine and Scott. Young and professional. Worked with knowledge and care. Attention to detail was amazing. Rohrers should be proud to be an American Company who sells American units with top professional service.
