    I was shown pictures of problems that I did not know was going on. I have had a heat pump in my Attic and I showed that mold was in and around my unit. I am thankful to James for showing me this and I was told about equipment that can be installed to make sure that we do not breathe this air that can come into our house. I got the repairs done today. I asked James to send me information about the type of unit that they can install to help with this problem.

    Adam was Prompt. Friendly. Courteous. Knowledgeable. He also Advises and Explains all during the process. I have a temp fix but will need a more permanent fix in the very near future and I will rehire them.
