    They came when they said they would find out why our A/C was not cooling. They did not cure the ROOT CAUSE (a leak in the system that allowed the Freon to escape). Instead, all they did was recharge the Freon--which means we will face the same issue next year. They charged an OUTRAGEOUS price (over $500) just to perform this Freon charging. We will never call on Rohrer One Hour Service again.

    The men that did the installation didn't wear booties over their shoes when they came in the house to talk to us. They were also smoking on the job. The actual product is excellent and I love it.

    Hunter Banks did the most thorough job . He was very courteous And knowledgeable. I would definitely want him to come back next year for my furnace cleaning.

    The day of moving into my home, the AC stopped working. These guys were able to come and fix it quickly. I wish I had a service contract because I would have saved alot of money. Overall, I'm happy with the prompt service.

    The technician was super nice and very helpful. He inform me of the new products that they now have to improve our air quality. He explain everything that he did for me that day and things that would becoming up in the next couple of service calls in the future.
