Their service was good and they came out on a Sunday. I purchased their service plan, but when tech fixed the problem. He said with the 20% discount the part was only $200. It was a $12 part. I understand that they need to make money, but I was left with an impression of dishonesty from the company. I doubt I will trust them in the future.

Dave did a great job, he explained what caused our Heat pump to stop working. We bought this unit last June 2019 . So we were very upset when the unit stopped working, it was so hot and Dave had to go up into our attic / crawl space. That was super hot, but he was able to find the problem and get our unit to work. We are very thankful for having Dave as our technician. Thank you Dave and Rohrer's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We have been with them for 35 years.
