    The serviceman, Hunter, was customer-oriented. He explained each step of the process and wore face mask and booties the entire time. He did not know this, but I also was an HVAC repairman for 45 years, but am unable to do certain tasks, due to age. I would have known if he was BSing me (which he did not), but spoke facts and truth only. A good company to do business with.
