They came on time, quickly and they did the best job that anybody can do for my grill fire damage to a slate patio.

The entire Rodas team did an extremely good job on my roof replacement. Courteous, professional, and clear in their communication with me in every step of the process. They did everything that was in scope, on time with no up-charges on items that were discovered during installation. Clean up after each of the two-day installation was very thorough. I highly recommend them!

We had great results with Rodas in repairing our roof and ceilings. Eduardo did an excellent job on the roof repair and Salvador did an excellent repair and paint work on the indoor ceiling damage. The project manager John checked in every step of the way.

Seemed eager to start and easy to work with in the beginning. Office customer service is a bit rough around the edges. Sends text we need payment with no ?hey hope your project is going well? same with final payment ?thanks for choosing us? Communication is very lacking on several levels. Until it wasn?t?meaning a gave final payment of $16,000. And there is a very short punch list. I asked John why these items weren?t done and I was hesitant to give final payment. He said and he took photos to document ?I promise we will get on this next week?you can trust me and give me check? Yes I?m guilty of trusting and should have held check. I have text several times to 4 different employees and owners as well made calls and left messages?.crickets. So now I have a $35,000. Job with tasks that were incomplete?conduit hanging, paint tape all the way around my house, debris that was to be hauled off including some job materials left on side of house as well a picket that is not in place.

They were the first to respond, offered to fix a long time problem, as well as do the job requested at a reasonable price. Also did an excellent job and were easy to work with.

John took care of everything from start to finish, including coordinating with our insurance company so all storm damage—roof and interior—was covered. They scheduled our roof replacement quickly, and helped us pick the right shingle color for our home. The crew was professional and efficient, completing the roof and interior work all in the same day. This is a great local company that will provide thorough and reliable work. We highly recommend!

I had some siding falling off, several nail pops in my ceiling, and a patio I wanted for the backyard. Salvador’s work inside on painting was top notch. Couldn’t have been done any better! He painted my whole ceiling, parched a hole in the wall and scrubbed my floors before leaving! Felipe poured my concrete and it is amazing. Good communication with John who coordinated all the work and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
