This is the 2nd time I've used Rodas Construction with the same amazing results. I would highly recommend them for any roof project as well as siding now. Cole Faulkner did an amazing job as the Project Manager coordinating the siding, window, and gutter replacement I had done. The crew was here every morning by 7:30am and the entire house was re-sided, had new windows, new gutters, and all the other small items outside replaced and painted in 1 month. Everyone working at the house was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They stick by their word and come back to fix anything that isn't exactly as you expected it. There were even things Cole had the crew fix that I didn't notice. I am beyond happy with the result and the price! Thank you Cole and everyone else at Rodas who made it happen!

Enrique and his crews did an outstanding job from day one from obtaining permits then enclosing our screened in porch and turning it into a 4 seasons room. They were all very helpful, timely, neat, and he and all his crews far exceeded my expectations on this job.

Chris Holland of Rodas Construction contacted me after my inquiries into roof work needed, and options. (Though not obviously leaking, the roofing had been unchanged for several decades.) He examined our roof condition, discussing the work needed, and made recommendations. We had some rescheduling for weather, but the main roof work was completed in a day... Some additional soffit work and gutter replacement were done promptly, scheduled on near-following days. Their crew did great clean-up work, leaving the surrounding driveway and yard cleaner than they found it! There were a few additional charges beyond the estimate for unforeseen items, like replacing a bit of moisture-damaged underlayment, but those had been mentioned in our contract, so were understood.

This was an excellent experience. Rodas and Chris Holloman especially were professional and very easy to work with. They are now my go to for any roofing needs I may have in the future

They showed up on time and were done before I knew it. The yard was clean. I was left with a beautiful roof.

This is, literally barring disaster, the only time in my life I'll ever have my home roof replaced. The job Rodas did looks excellent, and everything important was fine. But I the roof will have to be on for a few years before I'll really know if it was good job or not. The crew was fast, generally very careful, and appeared to do excellent work. My house and garage took them a day and a bit. They were in a hurry on the second day, and failed to get all the grit off my deck. They also left a couple of pieces of tarpaper stuck behind a downspout above the second-floor level and didn't clean up around and under where they had parked in my alley driveway. Someone came to check the quality of the job a couple of hours after the crew left, noted those problems, and promised to get the crew back to clean them up. But they never showed. This is a minor complaint, but it was irksome.
