There was good communication during the entire process, from the initial meeting with John to the final walk around to make sure i was pleased with the work. the work team showed up when planned and on time and cleaned up upon completion.

Contractor did excellent work installing new roof. The interior work for water damage was well done.

First, I am reviewing Rodas Construction as a retired licensed general contractor. Chris Holland inspected my roof and found wind and hail damage. The insurance company agreed and provided the funds for the roof replacement. Chris and I came to a quick agreement on the cost to replace within the insurance estimate. Rodas quoted the best materials to provide a lifetime warranty. The installation crew was professional and efficient. The job started two days after I signed the contract and was completed within two days. From my experienced eye, they installed the roof system correctly. They cleaned up the old materials by the end of the first day and finished the cleanup at the end of the job. I wish I had them when I was building and remodeling houses at the beach.

Chris was great! I had a very positive experience. The company was professional and honest.

Challenging repair but Rodas never quite trying to solve the problem. Enrique is a true gentleman and a man of his word. I feel very lucky to have found this company, and am grateful for the work, and the manner in which it was done.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Cole gave a tremendous presentation on the quality of the materials as well as the professional installation. Price was fair considering what we were getting in return. Crew worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves when it was done. You can tell they are very customer focused and will go the extra mile when called for. Will use them again for other projects down the road.

Had multiple bad experiences with this company. To start, they did not come out to do the job when promised. Once there, they ran into a problem and needed to get some materials. I went out to check and the entire crew was gone except for one gentleman who could not speak English so could not explain where they were or what progress was made. They charged me $500 to repair two boards on my chimney with the salesman threatening the warranty on the roof would not be any good if I did not agree to do it. They did refund me about half the money without explanation why. They said nothing about covering furniture where they replaced 2 skylights and came home to depress,including sharp edged flashing all over the furniture. They removed some guttering and failed to put it back up. There is now s fairly large hole in the corner spot where birds have burrowed through. This after a commitment to be back the following week to fix it. And making sure to tell me it was not any priority for them to return to finish the job. I was told my patio furniture, air conditioners and other outdoor items would be covered. They were not and a young Chinese Maple was damaged. When pointed out I was told it was not damaged too badly so it was OK. Lastly, after the salesman building up no roofing nails to be left behind, there were nails all over. As far as I know there are no leaks, saving them from all 1s on their rating.

Getting a roof put on my house and garage was a very quick and painless process they were polite and professional through every step sharing knowledge throughout each step and were very quick started at 7am was finished installing my roof on house and garage you 3pm same day and looked great.
