Rodas gave me a quote and after I decided to use them I realized that I might have hail damage. They actually met with the insurance adjuster in my absence. Insurance adjuster agreed that I had hail damage and that they would pay for the damage...minus my deductible. I decided to go with a GAF Architectural roof, which is an upgrade for a little more. We had to wait for the rain to stop but on the day the rain stopped and John said his crew would be there, they arrived and worked till it got dark to wrap up the work and clean up. John and Rachel were always available to answer any questions along with offering advice. Would recommend Rodas Construction to anyone!!

We had 4 quotes on the roof replacement. They had the best price and offered a better product for the money. The work was done very professionally and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the area after completion. I will definitely use them on future projects.

Steve arrived when he said he would and was able to do two repairs - one replacing the facia and a shingle on the corner of my roof and two, replacing a rotted threshold of my back door - all with materials he had on hand. Great job!

Great job walking me through the process and explaining the materials options. Raleigh 27616 - Work began within 5 days of the initial consultation. Workers arrived on time and worked until they completed the roof replacement (7:30-5). They definitely knew what they were doing, very methodical and synchronized crew. Customer service answered every one of my many questions very promptly. Great clean up. Excellent company.
