Very responsive company. Work was performed professionally and quickly. High quality materials were in keeping with contracted work. Cleanup was good as promised. No major issues were encountered and two minor issues were corrected on site promptly and courteously (a real plus for this, or any, contractor). Veteran's credit with shingle manufacturer was identified and processed, and warranties identfied and made clear. All in all, a great job done.

Had the Timberline HD shingles installed. The crew was very polite and courteous. The mess was kept to a minimum and clean-up was very thorough. The finished roof looked amazing. Would highly recommend Rodas Construction to anyone.

End up paying 50% more than agreed price. Was very much disappointed. Whole job could have been done for lot less than agreed up on price had I shoped around. I feel like I was taken advantage of. In future look for someone else.

The question you ask about any service provider is "would you hire them again?" My answer is "I would not need to the HD Timberline roofing system that Rodas provide me has a lifetime guarantee and I'll never have to replace my roof again!" PLUS for a GREAT price! All done in one day! Can you see me SMILING?!? Because I am!
