Chris Holland from Rodas construction came out for an appraisal. Chris followed CDC recommendations, wore a mask and distance. Chris explained the plans they offer. The estimate was fair. The crew was very professional each knew there job. Chris checked on each step of the job Good clean up. We were not disappointed, Great Job.

Rodas Construction did a wonderful job replacing our roof and gutters. Manager Chris Holland worked with us closely through the process with the insurance company to ensure a smooth process. Chrisâ s team did a great job doing the work needed to complete the job. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I would hire this company for future needs and recommend them to my friends.

I watched them work as they replaced our roof and was very impressed by their care and workmanship. Rodas cleaned up at the end of each day, including nails. We were so happy with Rodas that we have asked them for options and estimates on our deck. Our neighbors were impressed, too. After seeing the roof and gutters come together so well, one family on our street already has called Rodas about replacing their roof.

They were not the cheapest, but then the cost is only one factor. Very professional and outstanding job from first contact to completion. The job was evaluated, and then the process of the roof replacement was explained step by step thoroughly. Detail was provided on the quality of materials, as well as the procedures of installation. Thank you, John, project manager. The team was prompt and set about the task. Steps were taken to ensure that our home and property were protected. Clean up was complete and done with care. Hoorahs to Raphael and his crew. Oh my goodness, the new skylights; it's a whole new world!
