I was planning a modest siding repair project, but it morphed (rightfully so) into a whole house exterior painting project. Rodas Construction was a real pleasure to work with--from John, who came out for the original estimate and communicated well throughout the project, to especially Salvador, who handled all the repairs and prep and painting. He was very thorough and professional, and accomplished the project in what felt like record time. The finished job looks wonderful--I could not be happier.

I had siding that needed to be replaced on my house. Salvador showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. The quality of his work was second to none. The cedar siding was replaced caulked and painted, corners replaced with PVC to prevent more rotting, and it looks great.

It was hard to find a contractor to install wood flooring without the customer purchasing through them. I sourced my own hickory hard wood. Rodas Construction gave a competitive quote to remove existing engineered wood, install new hard wood, and to move furniture and appliances. Other contractors wanted me to find my trades to store furniture and remove appliances. The end result is beautiful. I called the back to restrain my stairs and bannister as well as replace poorly installed transitions done by a recent wood installation on my 2nd floor by another company. We will be having additional renovations done and will call Rodas Construction. The staff are kind and respectful. They completed my job timely and kept a tidy workspace and cleaned when the work was completed.

I just had my roof completely replaced along with several damaged sheets of plywood. I worked through Cole T. Faulkner who was the roofing expert and project consultant for my job. Cole was fantastic from start to finish. He helped me set up financing arrangements and made sure the best roofing team was a signed to my job. Any time I needed his help with questions or needed to understand something better, he was there for me. Even after the job was complete, he came by my home to make sure I was satisfied with the results. In fact, while he was there, he went around with a magnet to double check for nails. I want to also like to say that the roofers assigned to my house are the best. They were very helpful and cleaned up before they left each day. This was a two day job. I highly recommend Rodas Construction to anyone looking to have roof repairs or replacement and I would suggest they ask for Cole Faulkner to set everything up.

We were looking for a contractor that could help with a list of projects needed on our 1990s home, including porch and deck rebuild, new roof, new gutters, rot replacement and full exterior repaint. When we first contacted Rodas, they had someone come out right away to help understand our needs and price the projects. We wanted one contact to work with that would help coordinate all the steps. When we first met with Cole Faulkner, the Project Consultant, he knew what to look for and what to ask to get a very detailed estimate together. He also communicated where there may be additional things they might need to address and over the course of the entire project was very clear with updates on any changes in that estimate. We really appreciated his expertise when discussing options. We also really liked that he remained our main point of contact throughout the project. Our main priority was quality and the crews that came out to the house did really nice work. We were really happy with how everything came out. We also liked that the co-owners visited the site to ensure the project progressed and the work was up to their standards. Steve Lineberry touched base with us when he came out on sight multiple times. It was great to find a company that really cares about their customers and the service they provide. We would definitely recommend Rodas and plan to use them again in the future for other projects.

Working with Cole Faulkner (Project Consultant) at Rodas Construction was simply "easy". Once he and I agreed on what needs to be done, how much, and by when, and he got it done. Throughout the project, Cole kept me apprised of the progress through photos and text even when I was out of town on a business trip so I was at ease that things are rolling along even in my absence. Even post-completion, Cole was very responsive in remedying a few minor fixes on timely basis. Must say I was rather happy with the whole experience. Thank you Cole.
