The element of trust cannot be overstated. They were hired to exchange a wire on a newly installed air conditined which they did well. However, I asked the technician about replacing outdoor flood lights and determine which circuits n the house controlled these lights. We walked around the house, the project was clearly identified and a price of $99 per fixture was quoted and agreed upon. A downpayment was made. The scheduled date was the day after Elsa. Eventhough the inclement weather had passed they cancelled the appointment even after I called back having identified that there was no further inclement weather. The appointment was rescheduled and but was then changed without notifying of the change. I just happened to call back. On the day the appointment another technican called to say he was on the way but he was told to do the job that was already done! He had no idea what the new job was. Furthermore, he asked if I had the new fixtures. I did not. The previous technician never explained to me that I had to purchase them. After I spoke with a supervisor the previous technician called to say that he previous price agreed upon was not valid since there was a second floor fixture ( he saw it!) and that he may not have informed me that I had to prchase the fixtures first. Despite this debacle, and another phone call to the service supervisor, they STILL SENT A TECHNICIAN KNOWING THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FIXTURES! The bottom line, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. P.S. I am also in a service industry and know how important it is to have effective communication with my **clients**.

Started good ended bad. They were accommodating before payment and not at all after. They brought the wrong part for the work and wanted us to adjust our schedule to come back out. Tore up the wall installing electric panel and did not fix. Failed inspection with a loose ground wire in the panel. They fixed it and the inspector never showed for reinspection but the company had it as approved without access to the panel. Will never ever use them again.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
