Red Royal did excellent work I highly recommend them. I had no idea about today's prices, but it is what it is. What I liked most was the straight estimate, without sales gimmicks or pressure.

The technician, Rick, was good and professional and did the job well. My only complaint is that there is a $49 transportation fee just to come out to give an estimate. This is fine, but the technician was not able to do the work the same day and Rick said to ask the office to waive the fee and they refused. As a result, we were charged an additional $49 transportation fee the next day when he did the work. It was not our fault the work was not done the same day of the estimate. UPDATE: The company ended up refunding one of the transportation fee charges, stating that is not how they do business and it never should have been charged twice; it must have been a miscommunication. Thank you, Nico, for your assistance resolving this issue.
